All soccer players of High School age

COACH: Jurgen Ruckaberle, Gabriel Hernandez and Joe Beeler

WHEN: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, August 10, 11 and 12 2009

• 9:00-9:30 - Dynamic warm-up, technical instruction, speed and agility
• 9:30-11:00 - Functional training(Goalkeeping, defending, midfield play, attacking)
• 11:00-11:15 - Lunch
• 11:15-12:00 - Competitive games in tournament style

WHERE: Monroe Middle School Ascott North and West Fields

COST: all 3 days - $75.00 or single day - $30.00
