The Eugene Metro Futbol Club encourages and motivates special needs, recreational, and competitive soccer players in our community to advance their individual and team skills by providing quality training, committed teams, and skilled coaching.

Eugene Metro Fútbol Club - Scholarship Program
Eugene Metro FC offers full and partial scholarships based on financial need to qualified players on its youth and high school soccer teams. Our ability to provide scholarships is dependent on donations and fundraising, and we are committed to raising funds needed to provide assistance to qualified players on our teams.
All players who try out for Eugene Metro FC teams are encouraged to apply for full or partial fee scholarships if their families meet ONE of the following criteria:
- The player's family qualifies for free or reduced lunch programs in area schools.
- The player's family has other financial constraints that seriously limit their ability to pay fees and other team expenses.

To apply for a full or partial fee scholarship, parents should fill out and mail in the scholarship application before the tryouts begin. The scholarship form may also be handed in at tryouts, and later applications will be considered if scholarship funds are still available. The scholarship application will be provided at the pre-tryout information meeting, can be downloaded from the Eugene Metro website, or will be sent by mail if requested.
Eugene Metro FC will determine the number of scholarships and the amounts awarded to each player after applications are reviewed confidentially. The number and amounts will be based on the available scholarship funds. Parents will be notified as soon as the review process is completed.
